I loved how clean and modern this hotel was. The rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and attentive. The location was fantastic, just a one-minute walk to the BART/Metro station. Plus, I could easily reach Pier 39 in less than 10 minutes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and readily answered all my questions, providing top-notch customer service day or night. The lobby was spacious, with a full-service bar and plenty of casual seating. The room was upgraded free of charge upon arrival and it was spacious and clean. I loved the quality minimalist decor and the comfy bed. It was great that I could control the room temperature and the lights in the headboard were a nice touch. The hotel also had an attached parking garage just for guests, so I felt safe leaving my car there. Additionally, the location was superb, within walking distance of several markets, arthouses, and very close to public transport at Market Street. I could easily reach popular attractions like the pier 39 in less than 10 minutes.

Could not be improved in any way.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Everything was neat and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a modern and aesthetically pleasing design. Additionally, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating, offering us a full refund when we decided to leave due to safety concerns. Transportation was very convenient, as the hotel is located close to public transport at Market Street. Another great aspect was the hotel's proximity to Pier 39, which was just a short drive away.

Can't fault anything about it.
