I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just 20m from Union Square and 100m from Market Street where I had access to all means of transport I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were nicely decorated with extremely comfy beds and pillows. The hotel facilities were great, with free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby, as well as a microwave for reheating food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay special.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was recently refurbished, clean, and beautifully furnished. The location was ideal, right by Union Square and close to transportation options like the BART, muni, and cable car. We enjoyed exploring this city, especially during Christmas time, and found the shopping nearby to be great. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient location made our stay enjoyable.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to all the activities and attractions this city has to offer. We were able to easily explore the city thanks to the convenient transportation options nearby, such as cable cars and buses. Additionally, we were spoiled for choice with a wide variety of local restaurants and the SF Playhouse within walking distance.
