I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location by the bay provided a beautiful and relaxing view, away from the busy Union Square area. The spacious two-bedroom apartment I stayed in had all the necessary amenities and was impeccably clean. Additionally, the hotel's fitness center and the nearby walking/running routes through Fort Mason towards the Golden Gate Bridge made it easy for me to stay active during my stay. the hotel provided a luxurious feel and the free bikes were a great bonus, allowing me to explore the area and have a retail-free day cycling to Saulsalito Taco Shack.

Impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. The hotel facilities were stunning, with a spacious suite that had a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The breakfast provided was very good. The location was perfect, close to the pier, shops, and restaurants. Being in Ghirardelli Square was fun, with a vibrant atmosphere and plenty to do.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always willing to help and even made suggestions for activities and restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located on the less touristy side of Fisherman's Wharf, with easy access to Hop On Hop Off buses and ferries. The local restaurants in the area served delicious food, especially the fish. The hotel had comfortable outdoor balconies with firepits, which provided a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. The three-bedroom suite I stayed in was excellent, with high-quality facilities and plenty of space for my family. It was great to have a common area to eat and relax in, while still enjoying the comforts of home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff made sure that all amenities were stocked completely. The location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore Fisherman's Wharf and its surrounding areas.
