We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were impressed with the spacious and tastefully decorated room, which felt much more homey than a large hotel chain. The location was safe to walk around, even in the morning and evening. The hotel's proximity to UCSF, just a 15-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient for us. In addition, the free tea, coffee, and muffins, as well as the free DVD movies.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located in a great neighborhood. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a terrific gym at the nearby JCC. The staff were all awesome, very helpful and made us feel at home. The location was perfect for our needs, close to grocery stores and within walking and driving distance to various places.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, granting us a 1:00 pm check-out when our train was delayed. The room was lovely, with a beautiful bathroom and a delicious shower. The hotel's location was excellent, away from the touristy parts of the city, but still well-connected to all the interesting areas. We appreciated the complementary coffee in the lobby and the breakfast options of coffee, tea, and muffins.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with the excellent room switch, accommodating staff, and inviting decor. The room had top-notch amenities, from marble countertops to a functioning bathroom. The staff even granted us a late check-out, providing us with extra time if needed. a great hotel for a relaxed stay in this city with nice restaurants and shops nearby.
